Small, friendly online groups at every level — beginners, intermediate and advanced, as they are scheduled.
The beginners’ course. No previous Italian needed. If you’ve always fancied learning Italian but never quite started — this is the course for you. We begin at the very beginning, and before long you’ll be holding real conversations: ordering, introducing yourself, asking directions, and understanding what comes back.
Courses starting soon
This list comes straight from my diary, so it is as current as I am. A course drops off the list once it is full – if you don’t see one, put your name down and you will be the first to hear about the next one.
No group course has a start date yet. Register your interest below and I will email you as soon as the next group is scheduled - courses only start when there is enough interest, so your name genuinely helps.

Who it’s for
People planning a trip to Italy. People with Italian family who never learnt the language. People who’ve retired and always meant to. People who just love the sound of it. You do not need to be “good at languages” — that’s my job, not yours.
Who’s teaching
I’m Laura Geraci, a native Italian teacher from Sicily with over 20 years’ experience. I hold a PGCE, QTS and CELTA, and I’ve taught everyone from nervous beginners to GCSE students. My lessons are relaxed and practical — we speak from the first week, and I promise not to make you conjugate anything in silence.
